Job title: Digital IC front-end design engineer
Job Description:
1. Responsible for the architecture analysis and integration of the digital part of the photoelectric sensor array chip, participate in the formulation of chip specifications, and write relevant design documents;
2. Able to cooperate with algorithm engineers to perform RTL coding, simulation verification, synthesis and timing analysis based on internal architecture and external interfaces;
3. Work closely with analog design engineers to assist in providing timing control of ADC and high-speed interfaces, and perform various timing adjustments and mode controls through registers;
4. Adjust each module of the internal digital circuit to optimize the chip power consumption through stable and reliable power management;
4. Cooperate with application engineers to debug FPGA and verify chip functions;
5. Use various programmable memories on the chip to implement chip calibration and other functions, work with testers to develop mass production test plans, and assist in debugging;
6. Need to cooperate with digital back-end engineers on P&R and complete post-simulation and other verification work until tape-out;
Job requirements:
1. Master degree or above in electronics or communications related majors ( more than 3 years of relevant work experience);
2. Familiar with digital IC design process, familiar with Verilog , SystemVerilog , Tcl , Perl , C/C++ languages ; familiar with simulation verification tools , such as irun, etc .; familiar with STA process and related tools such as PT, etc .; have FPGA verification ability ; familiar with digital back-end implementation , able to promote the work of back-end engineers ; familiar with synthesis tool DC ;
3. Have SOC integration experience , familiar with mainstream MCU interfaces , experience in digital-analog mixing , experience in memory implementation and calling , experience in mass production , and DFT experience is preferred ;
4. Ability to cooperate with algorithm and simulation engineers to write RTL , strong technical ability , solid circuit foundation , and the ability to self-drive to discover and solve problems in cooperation with algorithms ;
5. Work actively and conscientiously, be good at learning, and have a good team spirit;
