Based on the traditional variable parameter PID control algorithm, this paper proposes a relay type variable parameter PID controller to address its shortcomings.
Combined with the decoupling model of the casting robot joint servo system, the relay type variable parameter PID algorithm is used as the robot servo control. The simulation effect is very good, and
the high-precision performance index requirements are achieved. It has also been tried on the actual system.
