Does anyone have a good thermostat switch? [Copy link]

This post was last edited by Alex1126 on 2019-5-16 16:19 I have selected a temperature switch and would like to ask if anyone has used a similar product. The operating temperature of the temperature control switch in the figure below: -55 to +160; overall dimensions (total length × width × thickness): 29.7 × 10.2 ×4.7mm; contact load: 220VAC 1.5A or 24VDC 1.5A. The purpose is to make a heating tool for a circuit board, using an electric heater and a temperature control switch. I want to control the regional temperature between 0-20. The working process is that the electric heater works at low temperature, and the switch is disconnected after 20℃. After disconnection, the temperature drops. When it reaches about 10℃, the switch is closed and the temperature rises. This cycle.

Bimetallic temperature control switches have AC mains contacts and low-voltage DC contacts. Just choose according to the contact parameters you need.  Details Published on 2019-5-17 11:37

Thank you. This tooling does not require high precision, but requires good reliability and small size, so I want to choose another model.

Give the key points of your requirements to the dealers specializing in temperature control switches, talk to a few more dealers, and you will suddenly understand a lot. This is how our purchasing staff do it.

This post was last edited by topwon on 2019-5-17 10:33 Features of structure KSD301 series snap-action thermostat is a small bimetallic thermostat, belonging to the temperature relay type device. It uses the principle that the disc-shaped bimetallic strip will produce instantaneous jumps under the action of temperature, and through the action of the mechanism, the contact point can be quickly operated to achieve the purpose of disconnecting or connecting the circuit. Its working temperature is fixed and no adjustment is required; the action is reliable and crisp, the arc is small; the service life is long; and the radio interference is small. KSD-D301 snap action thermostat is small-size bimetal thermostat series with a metal cap, which belongs to thermalrelays'family. The main principle is that one fumction of bimetal discs snap action under the change of sening temperature. The snap action of disc can push the action of the contacts through the inside structure, then caused on of off of the circuitfinally. The main characteristics are the fixation of working temperature, the reliable snap action, less flashover, longer working life and less radio interference. Technical parameters: Rated current(Ir): 10A,15A,20A; Rated voltage(Ur):AC250V; Action temperature Tolerance:±5℃ Electric intensity:AC2000V 50/60Hz for 1min, no breakdon and no flashover Operation and reset temperature -30±5℃ -45±15℃ 90±5℃ 60±10℃ -28±5℃ -40±15℃ 95±5℃ 65±10℃ -25±5℃ -40±10℃ 100±5℃ 75±10℃ -20±5℃ -35±15℃ 105±5℃ 80±15℃ -15±5℃ -30±15℃ 110±5℃ 80±15℃ -10±5℃ -25±15℃ 115±5℃ 85±15℃ -5±5℃ -20±10℃ 120±5℃ 90±15℃ 0±5℃ -15±10℃ 125±5℃ 95±15℃ 5±5℃ -10±10℃ 130±5℃ 100±15℃ 10±5℃ -5±10℃ 135±5℃ 105±15℃ 15±5℃ 0±15℃ 140±5℃ 110±15℃ 20±5℃ 5± 15℃ 145±5℃ 115±15℃ 25±5℃ 10±10℃ 150±5℃ 120±15℃ 30±5℃ 15±10℃ 155±5℃ 125±15℃ 35±5℃ 20±10℃ 160±5℃ 130±15℃ 40±5℃ 25±10℃ 165±5℃ 135±15℃ 45±5℃ 35±6℃ 170±5℃ 140±15℃ 50±5℃ 43±6℃ 175±5℃ 145±15℃ 55±5℃ 45±6℃ 180±5℃ 150±15℃ 60±5℃ 50±10℃ 185±5℃ 160±15℃ 65±5℃ 50±10℃ 190±5℃ 165±15℃ 70±5℃ 50±10℃ 200±5℃ 170±15℃ 75±5℃ 55±10℃ 210±5℃ 175±15℃ 80±5℃ 55±10℃ 215±5℃ 180±15℃ 85±5℃ 55±10℃ 220±5℃ 185±15℃ Special specifications can be manufactured as requested. A normally closed type like this (operating temperature 20℃, reset temperature 10℃) is OK? It will operate (open) when the temperature is above 20℃, and reset (close) when the temperature is below 10℃.

The original poster's application requires a bimetallic mechanical contact temperature control switch with adjustable action threshold (there are also fixed temperature types). The price is low, so go to Alibaba to find suppliers.
