6s to 96s Li-Ion Battery Monitoring Demonstrator Reference Design [Copy link]

Its configurable capacitive isolation daisy chain solution can monitor and protect batteries from 6 series to 96 series, allowing it to be used in BMS systems from 24 V to 400 V. In hybrid or electric vehicles (HEV/EV), high-voltage lithium-ion batteries store the energy required for traction and housekeeping. The lithium-ion cells in the battery must be monitored during charging and discharging. This design provides a solution to accurately monitor the lithium-ion battery voltage and transmit data externally through various interfaces such as CAN and bqStudio.
