SM6137-SM6138 Remote Control Toy CMOS Circuit [Copy link]

SM6137/SM6138 is a pair of CMOS circuits for remote control toy cars. There are nine control function keys (forward, backward, left turn, right turn, fast and two function keys) to control the movement of the toy car.
SM6137 uses DIP22 package, and SM6138 uses DIP16 package.
