Different from conventional incremental photoelectric encoders, the encoder introduced in this paper adopts a special engraving method on the code disk, which makes it have the performance of an absolute encoder in combination with the
signal processing circuit, but the cost is significantly reduced. At the same time, the signal processing circuit also provides an external serial Manchester
encoding synchronization interface, which reduces the number of connections and improves the anti-interference ability.
