This article is based on the Xunwei IMX6 development board. Connect the iMX6 development board to the router via a network cable, connect the debug serial port at the same time, press enter immediately after power-on to enter uboot. Then enter the command pri to view the current configuration of the development board. As shown in the figure below, you can see the IP address, subnet mask, and other information.

The IP of the router tested in this document is 192.168.2.1, and the development board needs to be set as follows. Use the command “setenv ipaddr 192.168.2.100” to set the IP address of the development board.

Use the command “setenv gatewayip 192.168.2.1” to set the gateway. The subnet mask is 255.255.255.0. No setting is required. At this time, use the command "ping 192.168.2.16" to ping the local host, and use the command "ping 202.108.22.5" to ping Baidu's IP. As shown in the figure below, the network is connected.
