Discharge the battery, set RUP_DIS to 0 and VOK to 1 3. See the figure for the parameters to be set. The parameters circled in red in the figure are the parameters I set. These are described below. If there are any errors, please correct them. Dsg Current Threshold = C*10/167 = 5000*10/167 = 300; Chg Current Threshold = C*10/100 = 5000/10 = 500 ; Quit Current I don't know what this value means, how to set it? I set it to 50 Design Capacity : 5000 Design Energy: 18500 Terminate Voltage : 3600 Our system's minimum operating voltage is 3.6V Taper Rate 435 , I calculated it like this: Taper Rate = Design Capacity / (0.1 * Taper Current), Taper Current is 115 mV Taper Voltage 100 V at Chg Term : 4200 I don't know how to set this value. The charging voltage I use is 4.2V, so I set it to 4200. How should I set this value? 4. Use 4.2V voltage and 2.5A current constant voltage and constant current charging. When the battery is charged to 100% and the voltage is 4.19V, reduce the charging current to 60 mA, and then let the battery rest for a long time (more than two hours). VOK can be cleared, but FC can never be set to 1. Based on the above description, please help analyze the reason why FC cannot be set to 1. Thank you.
Reply: It should be related to your parameter settings, charging voltage, current, cut-off voltage and current for charging and discharging. No, we use bq27441, does this fuel gauge also need to be paired with chem-id? How do I pair? There seems to be no chem-id pairing function on bqStudio. The parameters I set are as shown in the figure above. Please help me find out if there is any error. Thank you. No need to do chem-ID, it is specified to use LiCoO2 Please refer to the Quickstart Guide for bq27441-G1 configuration parameters Can you describe the steps of bq27441 learning cycle? And what parameters should be set? Waiting for thank you. You set the wrong Quit Current. Quit Current = 50, the corresponding current is 1000mA. That is, less than 1000mA, the fuel gauge thinks it is in relax mode. The first condition for the fuel gauge to be fully charged is that it is in the charging state. Usually, the Quit Current should be set to a current value (in mA) that is smaller than the Dsg Current Threshold and Chg Current Threshold. View the progress of the question》》》》
