I recently received a project that requires simulation of the DC resistance, parasitic capacitance and Q value of a PCB coil. Is there any good simulation software for this? I didn't get it right when I used MAXWELL to simulate. Can anyone with experience give me some advice?

This is more reliable to simulate with HFSS. The parasitic parameters should be simulated with RF tools.

Thank you, moderator. I used MAXWELL before, and it is convenient to switch to HFSS. I will play with ADS when I have the chance.
