Anti-interference protection of wireless modules [Copy link]

Nowadays, the application of wireless modules is very popular. Many industrial control projects use wireless modules for remote control and monitoring. However, if wireless module users find that the wireless module is operating normally or newly installed during the project operation, and the equipment and line faults are eliminated, the wireless transmission of the wireless module is still intermittent or the communication is not available, and the speed is too slow. Then it can be basically determined that the communication of the wireless module is interfered, resulting in poor wireless communication and too close distance. So how to do a good job of anti-interference of wireless modules? First of all, let's understand what kind of interference is received and how to eliminate it: 1. Co-frequency interference If it is determined that there are devices with the same frequency as your wireless module in the surrounding area, which will interfere with the wireless module, the wireless distance will be shortened or even communication will not be available. In this case, we can first adjust the frequency of the wireless module, select a clean frequency band for testing, or change the installation position of the wireless module and the installation orientation of the antenna, increase the distance from the same frequency band equipment, and ensure that the wireless module communicates normally. Not all devices interfere with wireless. Mobile and Unicom signal towers, walkie-talkies, wireless phones, etc. have no effect on wireless microwave equipment. Because Dawei Zhitong Technology's wireless module is based on the 433MHz frequency band or other free frequency bands, in the case of interference sources, we can adjust the device frequency, or choose to install it far away from the interference source, which greatly reduces the interference to the wireless microwave equipment. 2. Obstacles cut off interference When the wireless module performs wireless transmission, it performs wireless control by propagating radio electromagnetic waves in the air. . Therefore, when choosing the installation location of the wireless device, try to make sure that there are no obstacles between the antennas of the wireless module for wireless transmission, and the transmitter and the receiver are visible. This will avoid the attenuation of electromagnetic wave signals, and the wireless module can receive high-intensity wireless signals, thereby improving the wireless transmission effect. When the wireless module is running in the inverter workshop, the on-site environment is very bad, causing the mouse to not click normally, but The wireless module communication state is stable, and multiple wireless modules are running at the same time without receiving other environmental noise interference such as the inverter. The electromagnetic protection inside the module will be more effective if it is also isolated externally. The wireless module effectively prevents and improves the same-frequency interference and obstacle isolation interference, so that the wireless transmission in the industrial control project is more stable and reliable, the wireless transmission distance is longer, and the wireless transmission anti-interference ability is better.
