4A Single Cell Lithium Battery Charge Management Integrated Circuit CN3001 Overview: CN3001 is a PWM step-down mode single cell lithium battery charge management integrated circuit, which independently controls the charging of a single cell lithium battery, and has the advantages of small package size, few peripheral components and simple use. CN3001 has trickle, constant current, and constant voltage charging modes, which is very suitable for lithium battery charge management. In constant voltage charging mode, CN3001 modulates the battery voltage at 4.2V, which can also be set by an external resistor. For deeply discharged lithium batteries, when the battery voltage is lower than 66.5% (typical value) of the constant voltage charging voltage, CN3001 uses 17.5% of the set constant current charging current to trickle charge the battery. In the constant voltage charging stage, the charging current gradually decreases, and when the charging current drops to 16% of the constant current charging current, the charging ends. At the end of charging, if the battery voltage drops to 95.5% of the constant voltage charging voltage, a new charging cycle automatically starts. When the input power is off or the input voltage is lower than the battery voltage, CN3001 automatically enters sleep mode. Features: - Wide input voltage range: 4.5V to 28V - Complete charge management for single-cell lithium batteries - Charging current up to 4A - PWM switching frequency: 300KHz - Constant voltage charging voltage can be adjusted upward by resistors - Constant voltage charging voltage accuracy: ±1% - Constant current charging current is set by external resistors - Trickle charging for deeply discharged batteries - Automatic recharge function - Charging status and charging end status indication - Soft start function - Battery terminal overvoltage protection - Operating ambient temperature: -40℃ to +85℃

It can automatically manage the charging of three lithium batteries independently. It has the advantages of small package size, few peripheral components and simple use. CN3703 has constant current and constant voltage charging modes, which is very suitable for charging lithium batteries. In constant voltage charging mode, CN3703 modulates the battery voltage at 12.6V with an accuracy of ±1%; in constant current charging mode, the charging current is set by an external resistor. For deeply discharged lithium batteries, when the battery voltage is lower than 8.4V, CN3703 uses 15% of the set constant current charging current to trickle charge the battery. In the constant voltage charging stage, the charging current gradually decreases, and when the charging current drops to the value set by the external resistor, the charging ends. At the end of charging, if the battery voltage drops to 12V, a new charging cycle will automatically start. When the input power is off or the input voltage is lower than the battery voltage, CN3703 automatically enters sleep mode.
