When I received this module, I had already seen many tests online, which basically covered the performance and characteristics of this module. I had no motivation to make up for it. But now that I have the module, I have some personal opinions. I hope to bring you some benefits. To be honest, I think the effect of this module is similar to a semi-finished module. It is just missing the plastic seal. So it feels a bit imperfect. Because I want to test it in a real and practical way, after all, it is easier to link it by making a test hook. Well, the above is a digression. I didn't do the specific test in depth, because when I was deeply in love, I just wanted to understand the specific packaging and some characteristics. So I made a comparison with the board mentioned above as a reference for developers to select. Advantages: 1. The biggest feature of this module is that it is small. This cannot be replaced. From the picture, it is the size of a high-speed optocoupler. If it is used in low-power applications, it can still save a lot of space. 2. High integration, this seems to be similar to the small one above. High integration means that this module packages optoelectronic isolation and MOS-like devices together. The advantage is that it is small, and the performance consistency of products in the same batch is good. 3. Easy to check. Easy to maintain. Unsuitable places for application: 1. This product is relatively small, but from the perspective of the solution, it should be said that the cost of independent components will be better. Of course, this sacrifices the volume of the circuit board. 2. While convenient maintenance will lead to higher maintenance costs. When replacing, the cost of discrete devices is replaced together. Questions: 1. This product seems to have MOS-like devices inside. Can the module release temperature well after working for a long time? 2. If this product is compared with MOS, is it a source type or a drain type? Has anyone broken this module open?
