Control end test, connect different voltage no-load test TLP3547 can achieve normal opening and closing, no obvious temperature rise was found! 1) DC5V no-load test [attach] 381370 [/attach] 2) DC12V no-load test [attach] 381371 [/attach] 3) DC24V no-load test [attach] 381372 [/attach] 4) No-load wiring diagram [attach] 381374 [/attach] 2. Load test 1) Connect DC5V-170mA_ to control the DC motor, the motor can work normally, and the relay has a slight temperature rise (lasting about 2 minutes) 2) Connect DC26.8V-270mA to control the DC motor. The motor can work normally. The relay has an obvious temperature rise and is hot to the touch (lasting about 2 minutes). It is not recommended to use this relay when controlling a large current load. The temperature rise is too large. The test is good.
