Design of a new charge amplifier Name: Xie Jing In modern industrial and automated production processes, the impact and vibration signals of equipment are usually obtained by piezoelectric accelerometers, and then the charge amplifier needs to convert the charge signal output by the sensor into a charge-to-voltage conversion before it can be used for subsequent amplification and processing. Therefore, the charge amplifier is an indispensable secondary instrument. However, the traditional charge amplifier circuit design is complex, the price is high, and the cost performance is not ideal, which seriously affects the widespread use of piezoelectric accelerometers. Therefore, it is very necessary to develop a cost-effective and practical charge amplifier. Based on a detailed analysis of several design difficulties of traditional charge amplifiers, this paper optimizes the overall circuit design of the charge amplifier and adopts a high-precision measurement amplifier integrated chip to realize charge conversion. In order to improve the measurement accuracy and effectively suppress interference signals, a single-chip microcomputer is introduced into the circuit to realize the digital control of the amplifier gain, and an anti-aliasing filter circuit is designed to make the output effect of the circuit more ideal. The main body of this paper is divided into two parts: analog circuit design and intelligent control design. The analog circuit design mainly includes charge conversion circuit, normalization circuit, anti-aliasing filter circuit, etc. The intelligent control design is based on the control circuit of the 89C52 single-chip microcomputer. It replaces the panel knob control of the traditional charge amplifier and realizes intelligent functions such as automatic gain adjustment and automatic switching of filter frequency. The experimental results show that the lower limit frequency of the newly developed charge amplifier can reach 0.03Hz, and it has the advantages of simple circuit, convenient adjustment, small size and power consumption, and good anti-interference performance, and has high practical value.
