Our company mainly produces switching power supply series, linear power supply series, inverter power supply series, variable frequency power supply series, DC/DC series, etc. We have been in the traditional testing stage in terms of quality testing before. We have 3 test lines, 11 testers, and many test steps, including electrical performance test, aging test, input characteristic test, output characteristic test, stability test, protection function test, timing function test, and normal temperature diversified test, etc. I believe that friends who have done power module testing will have such an experience, that is, direct instrument testing can meet the testing needs, but there are many instruments, high and low temperature test boxes, programmable DC power supplies, electronic loads, digital multimeters, etc. will be used, and the test steps are too cumbersome. Even if the data report can be imported from the instrument to the computer, it still needs to be manually sorted by personnel. For us who pursue work efficiency, this not only takes a lot of time, but also the efficiency of the test is difficult to improve.
