SIC1819 Coreless Tachometer/Speedometer Driver SIC1819 is a driver for automotive tachometers (dynamic-magnetic tachometers/speedometers). The chip contains a reference voltage source, a Norton amplifier, a function generator with sine and cosine output characteristics, and an NPN transistor driver. When outputting 20mA current, the symmetrical voltage is ±4.5V, and the nonlinearity within the range of 305° is less than 2%. The electrical parameters fully meet the requirements of foreign LM1819 and CS289, and can be used interchangeably. Features ? 20mA output ? 12V operating voltage ? Function generator ?
