ADN8834 does not work or has current overshoot [Copy link]

1. ADN8834 power-on probability VREF oscillation causes the chip to not work

Oscillation phenomenon; Test conditions: VLIM=0V~0.5V, T=25C, VCC RC: 30ohm, 22nf; ICC=10mA when VERF is normal, abnormal chip, ICC decreases to 5mA when VREF oscillates. The phenomenon recurs occasionally; is this caused by ringing?

2. ADN8834 ITEC pin introduces noise, causing current overshoot at chip output

Injection noise: 900mVpp, offset 500mV, 10KHz (timing according to VCC, noise, VLIM (0.5V)), what is the cause?

VREF test current is within Ivref = 0 mA to 10 mA
