What I want to analyze for you is a Xiaomi wireless charger and Bluetooth speaker. This phone not only supports 50W wired fast charging, but also supports 30W wireless fast charging technology.
This wireless charging Bluetooth speaker can wirelessly charge your phone while listening to music, with a maximum power of 30W. Other products that support the Qi standard, such as mobile phones, TWS headphones, etc., can also be wirelessly charged.
The physical appearance and PCB design of the mainboard of this wireless Bluetooth speaker are also very beautiful, with a reasonable layout, relatively standardized wiring, and a very clever design. The entire product is very simple from the inside out without any redundancy or procrastination. I really appreciate this simple and ordinary design concept.

Continuing the simple design of Xiaomi products, the front of the Xiaomi packaging box is a rendering of the front of the speaker, where you can see the wireless charging area; the upper right corner is the Xiaomi brand logo, and the lower right corner is the product name "Xiaomi Wireless Charging Bluetooth Speaker", with four special features: 30W wireless fast charging, support for Qi standard, shocking sound quality, and charging while watching. The speaker supports Bluetooth 5.0.

The front of the speaker is made of dark grey fabric. The circle and lightning logo in the middle are the wireless charging area. 2. Focus on the internal process design of this Xiaomi wireless charging Bluetooth speaker
Pry open the front cover of the speaker, which is fixed by buckles. There is a long translucent rubber rod in the middle of the bottom, which transmits the light of the indicator light. The inside of the cover is a plastic plate, and the outer layer is made of fabric. There is a rubber pad on the fixing buckle to strengthen the fixation.

There is a thermistor in the middle of the wireless charging coil, which detects the temperature of the phone.
Remove the cover inside the sound cavity. There is shock-absorbing foam at the speaker opening to reduce resonance. Plastic buckles are used to make the place where the wires pass through airtight.
The wireless charging coil is glued to the internal metal bracket using thermal conductive glue.
There is a thick thermally conductive silicone pad on the inside of the metal bracket.
