AT-START-F403A
AT-START-F403A helps you explore the high performance features of the AT32F403A ARM Cortex-M4F 32-bit processor with FPU core and helps you develop applications.
AT-START-F403A is based on the AT32F403AVGT7 chip, including LED lights, buttons, a USB micro-B connector, Arduino TM Uno R3 expansion interface, and an expanded 16 M-byte SPI flash memory. This development board comes with an embedded debugging/burning tool AT-Link-EZ, which can be used without connecting to additional development tools.
AT32F403A
The AT32F403A series uses a high-performance ARM Cortex -M4F 32-bit RISC core with an operating frequency of 240 MHz. The Cortex -M4F core has a single-precision floating-point unit (FPU) that supports all ARM single-precision data processing instructions and data types. It also has a set of DSP instructions and a memory protection unit (MPU) to improve application security.
The AT32F403A series has built-in high-speed memory (up to 1024 K bytes of RAM and 96+128 K bytes of SRAM), and can use external
memory (up to 16 M bytes of SPI flash memory), rich enhanced I/O ports and peripherals connected to two APB buses. The built-in memory can be set to any range of program areas protected by sLib, becoming a safe library area for executing code.
The device contains 3 12-bit ADCs, 2 12-bit DACs, 8 general-purpose 16-bit timers, 2 general-purpose 32-bit timers and up to 2 PWM timers, as well as standard and advanced communication interfaces: up to 3 I2C interfaces, 4 SPI interfaces (multiplexed as I2S interfaces), 2 SDIO interfaces, 8 USART/UART interfaces, 1 USB interface, and 2 CAN interfaces. The AT32F403A series operates in a temperature range of -40 °C to +105 °C, with a supply voltage of 2.6 V to 3.6 V, and a power-saving mode to ensure the requirements of low-power applications.
