There is absolutely no problem with the network. Telecom is 200M. I bought a Gigabit optical modem. All routers have been upgraded to Gigabit ports. The network cable has also been upgraded to CAT6. Thunder movie downloads are stable at 23MB/s, 23MB/s!!, not 23Mbps!!
