MCU experts, do I need to modify the USB virtual serial port program generated by STM32cubeMX? [Copy link]

STM32F103c8t6, the configuration is all according to the online tutorial, but when the generated program is downloaded to the microcontroller using STlink, there is only an exclamation mark when connected to the computer. USB descriptor request failed. I have searched many ways on the Internet, but none of them work. I have been struggling for two weeks. I don’t know if the board USB is broken...

1. Prohibition of signing

2. Modify the INF file

3. The latest driver is also installed

4. The computer is WIN11. Is this problem causing the USB to not be recognized?

5. I am a novice and don’t know anything, so I just look for tutorials online and modify them step by step. The Internet talks about a D+ pull-up resistor, but I don’t know how to do this. Can it be set?

Is there any great god who can give me some guidance and direction? Haha, I adjusted a Bluetooth module, searched for tutorials and found the USB virtual serial port, and then fell into this pit. I want to fill it in.

You can try to switch to Win10 system first, and then install an ST virtual serial port driver. If it doesn't work, it should not be a PC system problem.

I regenerated it with STM32cudeMX... Then the computer recognized it normally, but I checked those options randomly, haha, it's inexplicable  Details Published on 2021-12-2 14:11
