• Pletronics’ TCF4 Series is a temperature
compensated voltage controlled crystal
oscillator with a clipped sinewave output.
• The package is designed for high density
surface mount designs.
• Tape and Reel packaging is available.
• 10 to 40 MHZ
• 2.0 x 2.5 mm LCC Ceramic Package
• Optional Voltage Control Function
