YX8182 Solar Lawn Light LED Driver Controller

Features

•Solar lithium iron phosphate battery LED drive controller YX8182 is a linear LED solar drive controller suitable for lithium iron phosphate batteries and lithium-ion batteries. It is mainly suitable for the outdoor high-power LED lighting market. In addition to integrating mature solar control technology, this product also integrates lithium battery protection function, which greatly enhances the safety and reliability of lithium battery outdoor use.

• Operating voltage: 2.5V–5.5V

• Shutdown current: < 35uA

• Current consistency: ±5%

•FB sampling voltage: 90mV

•LED drive current:> 150mA

•Solar charging capability: 200mA|300mV

•Charging protection voltage: 3.7V (TYP, MOD pin is suspended or connected to BAT), 4.2V (TYP, MOD pin is suspended or connected to GND)
