The E910.64/65 are PWM DC Motor Bridge Controller to
drive external N-channel power-FETs in a full bridge or
double independent half bridge configuration.
The ICs are designed for motor drive applications in the
automotive world as well as for general purposes. A
digital algorithm for EMC optimization is implemented
to save additional filter components.
The E910.64/65 feature a programmable slew rate reg-
ulation and high power efficiency up to
96%.
They are
able to detect and to handle faults as current overload,
short circuit, open load, over-/undervoltage and over-
temperature. A K-Line or LIN
2.0
Interface connects the
application to the bus system.
There are two versions available.
K-Line version: E910.64 delivered in SOIC
