LCD Color Monitor
The AND-TFT-5RQ is a compact full color TFT LCD module,
that is suitable for applications such as a portable television
(PAL and NTSC) and a display for monitors. The display
features 2 analog RBG inputs, allowing the user to switch
between video sources. This device con-sists of a twisted
nematic (TN) liquid crystal cell, that incor-porates a TFT-
array that has 320 x 234 pixels on a 5-inch diagonal screen,
X and Y drivers, an LSI controller, and a built-in CCFL
backlight and inverter.
