package with a hermetically sealed metal lid

Logic ‘0’ to pad 1 (<30% Vs) disables oscillator output, the

Down Spread –0.5%, –1%, –1.5%, –2%, –3%, –4%,

Logic ‘1’ to pad 2 (>70% Vs), spread spectrum is off.
Logic ‘0’ to pad 2 (<30% Vs), spread spectrum is on.
No connection to pad 1, spread spectrum is on.
