PDU340, a 3.0A Glass Passivated Ultra-Fast Recovery Rectifier in
®
our thermally efficient PowerDI 5 package, offers ultra-fast recovery
time for high efficiency, high forward surge current for use in high-
frequency inverters, freewheeling and polarity protection application.
