Features
SD6601AS is a high-precision, low-cost primary-side feedback LED constant current driver chip used in flyback isolation LED lighting.
The chip works in the inductor current discontinuous mode, suitable for 90Vac~265Vac input voltage, 1~3W output power; 176Vac~265Vac input voltage, 3~5W output power.
SD6601AS adopts a unique constant current control method, with a current accuracy of less than ±3%, and the output current can be set by the peak current sampling resistor. The chip integrates a 650V power MOS switch and adopts a primary feedback control mode. It does not require loop compensation, optocouplers, TL431, transformer auxiliary windings and other components, saving system cost and volume.
The chip integrates LED open/short circuit protection, primary side overcurrent protection, overvoltage protection, overtemperature protection, etc. to improve the reliability of the system.
SD6601AS adopts SOP-7-255-1.27 package.
