MT6868 is a dual-channel (stereo) D/AB class dual-mode audio power amplifier. It has 3W output power/channel (4-Ω speaker) in D-class working mode and no output filtering. The total harmonic distortion is less than 0.07%, the signal-to-noise ratio is high (90dB), and the efficiency is up to 90%. The unique design can effectively reduce EMI interference. Excellent suppression of power-on pop noise. The D/AB class dual-mode working mode of MT6868 is particularly suitable for plug-in speakers or other media players with FM radio functions. When playing music, the D-class working mode greatly reduces power consumption, avoids chip heating and prolongs the playing time. In FM radio mode, it switches to AB mode to avoid interference with the radio effect. The extremely low quiescent current and shutdown mode current are very suitable for audio amplification applications in battery-powered systems.
MT6868 adjusts the system gain and volume through external input resistance and supports single-ended input. MT6868 is pin-compatible with LM4863 class AB amplifier.
