75XXH High Withstand Voltage Low Dropout Micro Power LDO CMOS Voltage Regulator Circuit

Features

MD75XXH series is a low voltage drop, low power consumption and high precision step-down voltage regulator circuit developed using CMOS technology. Since it has a built-in low on-resistance transistor, the input-output voltage difference is low. The maximum operating voltage can reach 30V, which is suitable for application circuits that require higher withstand voltage.
