概述

9017S
是一款单节锂电池恒流、恒压线性充电
IC,它½快速充电,并最大化地延长电池寿½。9017S
监测电池的
情况,½电池电压½于
2.9V
时,进入预充电状态。预充电电流可通过外部电阻在
7.5mA

的任意范围内设
½。预充电状态会½电池保持良½状况,并延长电池寿½。½电池电压超过
2.9V,9017S
将自动½换为恒流(CC)充
电周期。½电池接近完全饱和,9017S 将自动½换为恒压(CV)的充电周期。在恒压充电周期,充电电流将会减小½电
池逐渐饱和而没有过饱和的危险。9017S 确保锂电充满,½不会进入过饱和状态。在充电完成后,9017S 将进入关闭
模式,降½内部耗电量到小于
35uA。这一特点½ 9017S
½够应用到便携式设备的内部,并在设备不工½时几乎不消
耗任½½量。
9017S
也提供了片内温度保护。½温度达到预定值时,9017S 将减少充电电流½温度逐渐降½。为电池充电提供
适½的保护。

集成完整的充电状态显示功½,简化外围电路。
2.9V的涓流充电门限。
关断模式下供电电流为35uA。
具有过热保护功½。
可抗2KV以上ESD。
采用SOT23-6(9017S)封装½式。
充电电流最大可调整到500mA。
不需要外接MOSFET、电阻或阻塞二极管。
带热保护的恒流/恒压操½最大限度保证充电速度
而无过热的危险。
直接从USB接口为单节锂电池充电。
VBAT端输出预设充电电压4.2V,±1.5%的精度。
自动再充电功½、线性充电
