TDA7264 is a two-channel audio power amplifier with MULTIWATT 8-pin package and BTL type output launched by Philips. It is specially designed for Hi-Fi music equipment and high-quality TV sets. The output stage of the power amplifier block uses a mix of DMOs type field effect transistors and bipolar transistors. The IC has a wide voltage supply range (±10v～±25V or 10V-50V), large output power (PO=2×25W when VS=±20V, THD=10%, RL=8Ω), low noise and linearity. It has the characteristics of good performance, low distortion, high withstand voltage, beautiful tone and low self-loss (the quiescent current under typical ±20V power supply is only 20mA).
