Is it possible to use a 300W power frequency transformer to drive a 200W power amplifier? However, due to the sharp increase in metal prices, the price of buying a 300W transformer is now very high.
This is a power amplifier power supply with an output power up to 280W that I made based on Laoduo's circuit diagram. It has two sets of power outputs, +/-36V 3A and +/-12V 1A. The structure of the machine: input EMI + input rectification filter + self-oscillation + Output rectifier filter + Output low frequency filter. This transformer has the same output voltage response speed as the power frequency transformer.
Input voltage: 220V AC
Output no-load voltage: DC+/-41v and +/-15V
Output full load voltage: DC+/-36V and +/-13V
Actually, when inputting 220V AC , when connected to a 26.2 ohm electric nozzle, the output voltage is +/-36V
Production points:
1. The energy storage inductor must be selected appropriately, otherwise it will affect the output power.
2. The selection of R1 and R2 will affect the output power.
3. Select diodes with short recovery time for D5, D6, D9 and D10.
4. The upper and lower parameters of the circuit should be as symmetrical as possible, otherwise the midpoint voltage will be affected when a large load is connected.
