Interface circuit between MMA1220D and microcontroller

The interface circuit between MMA1220D and microcontroller is shown in the figure below. Among them, the microcontroller can be a single-chip microcomputer with A/D converter, such as ADμC8xx series. The status terminal and self-test terminal of MMA1220D are connected to the I/O pins Pl and PO of the microcontroller respectively, and the output voltage of MMA1220D is sent to the input terminal of A/D converter. C1 and C2 are power supply decoupling capacitors.
