High-reliability universal timer using CD4060B

As shown in the figure, this is a high-reliability universal timing circuit constructed with CD4060B. The timing time of this circuit can be from 1 second to 1 hour, and is controlled by switch S2 in three gears, namely: when S2 is set to 1, the timing time is 1 to 20 seconds; when S2 is set to 2, the timing time is 15 to 320 seconds; when S2 is set to 3, the timing time is 4 to 85 minutes. The circuit can use PR to calibrate the timing time. The timing method is counting. CD4060B is a binary 14-level counter. When S1 changes from 1 to 2, the circuit is automatically reset, the timing time starts, J does not act, the normally closed contact J1 is connected, and there is voltage on the socket CZ to supply power to the outside. After the timing time is up, CD4060B outputs a high level, the transistor VT is turned on, J is energized and acts, the J1 contact is disconnected, the CZ power supply is cut off, and the timing time ends.
