Ultrasonic Mosquito Repellent
This is a very simple ultrasonic circuit to repel mosquitoes, insects and cockroaches.
The circuit consists of a CMOS 4047 monostable trigger to form a relaxation oscillation circuit. By adjusting 4K7, its center frequency is about 22KHz, and then a bridge power output composed of 4 transistors drives the 3.25 inch Piezo to emit ultrasonic signals.
