The right half of the dotted line in the figure is the original operating circuit in the crane. K1~K4 are the original manual operation buttons, which are now replaced by relay contacts, and SQ is the lifting limit switch. KM1~KM4 are AC relays, used to control the forward and reverse rotation of the lifting motor M1 and the walking motor M2 respectively, to realize the walking of the hoist and the lifting of the hanging object. The left half of the dotted line in the figure is the newly added radio remote control circuit. In the circuit, the four output terminals A~D of the TX315B1 receiving circuit are passed through the drive tubes VT~VT4 respectively to drive the DC relays K1~K4. The output of output terminal Io is used to control the paths of VT1 ~ VT4 through VT5, so that the output terminals A ~ D are changed from interlocked output to non-latched output form to meet the needs of actual control.
