The Racer sedan engine has a displacement of 1.5L and is a single overhead camshaft inline four-cylinder. Its fuel supply system adopts the TBI throttle body-central fuel injection (single-point injection) system, which is set in the upper center of the throttle body. A compound nozzle is used to complete fuel injection. The throttle body is also equipped with a pressure regulator, idle speed control step motor, throttle position sensor, air filter controller, oil interface, etc. Its volume is equivalent to a carburetor.

1. Fuel system: consists of fuel tank, fuel pump M3, fuel pipeline, fuel pressure regulator (maintains fuel pressure at 0.75 bar (bar)), throttle body injector Y3 (its resistance value is 1~2Ω).

2. Electronic controller K1, which obtains information from various sensors such as the injection pressure, vehicle speed, coolant temperature, oxygen content in the exhaust, throttle position, exhaust pressure, whether to use air conditioning, automatic transmission, etc., through the central processor Calculation comparison issues instructions to implement precise control of the fuel injection amount. Simultaneously controls the idle air valve, torque converter solenoid valve, air conditioning system, etc.

3. Signal sensors: Mainly include P1: vehicle speed sensor, P2: coolant temperature sensor (CTS), P3: intake pipe absolute pressure sensor (MAP); P4: throttle position sensor; P5: oxygen sensor; P6: exhaust manifold Tube Air Pressure Sensor (MAT). The main parameters of each sensor are shown in Figure 3.
