Konka LC-TM2620 LCD TV black screen-Home appliance repair

Konka LC-TM2620 LCD TV has a black screen.
Check that the power supply to the backlight board is normal and PBACK=0V. It seems that there is a problem with the motherboard. Check the DC-DC supply of the motherboard CPU: U802. Look at the picture and 
measure the resistance of U802 pin 3 to ground = 0 ohms. Check VD802 for short circuit. After replacing VD802 with a new one, the screen will not turn on for about 15 minutes.
I checked C814 again and found that there was no problem with C850. After replacing it with C813, everything was normal.
