The picture above shows the maximum number of LEDs that a 555 timer can drive.
The voltage drop of a white or blue LED is 3.2 to 3.6V, so only 3 LEDs can be connected in series.
Capacitors from 10u to 100u are used to control the speed of the pulses.
The lamp holder is made of 8*8 hard board, with nails nailed on all four sides. Fix the base of the IC to the board.
Solder the pin wires of the IC base according to the circuit diagram.
Connect every 3 LEDs in series, paying attention to the polarity.
