Random LED strobe light circuit

This circuit generates random outputs that are simultaneously converted into LED " motion " via a pre-programmed PIC16C55 microcontroller U1 . PIC can detect and record LED movement direction. The device was originally used as a test of willpower, in which the person being tested was asked to " think " with a light in either a clockwise or counterclockwise direction.
