Audio vibration thawing circuit diagram

In the refrigerator, fish, meat and other foods need to be thawed before cooking. Putting frozen food into water and introducing audio vibration can speed up the thawing process, shortening the time by half compared to commonly used warm water thawing, and does not damage the freshness of the food. The principle of audio thawing is to make water and frozen objects collide with each other, and the ice combination will be loosened. After water molecules penetrate into the ice, it accelerates the melting of the ice. Use an iron container with a volume of about 0.1m3 and place an open electromagnet L at the bottom. The changing magnetic field lines will vibrate the bottom of the container and pass it into the water to achieve the purpose. In the circuit, 555 generates square wave oscillation, VR adjusts the oscillation frequency, LED is used for work indication, the oscillation signal is sent to pin 1 of the high-power DC switch TWH8752, and the electromagnet is connected to pin 4. The DC working power supply is obtained after step-down rectification and filtering by the transformer. The power capacity of the power supply is about 100W, and the normal working current is 4A.
