The transmitter is mainly composed of the transmitting module HSIOI and the encoder VD5026. The receiver is mainly
composed of the receiving special module HS201, the decoder VD5027, the negative pulse generator VT1~VT5, the bistable trigger and the relay.
The transmitting module HS101 contains a transmitting antenna and a 280MHz carrier frequency oscillator. The carrier frequency
is digitally modulated by the pulse output from the VD5026 encoder. The buttons SB1-SB4 of the transmitter respectively correspond to the data output of DO, Dl, D2 and D3 (i.e. pins 10 to 13) of the receiver decoding integrated circuit VD5027
. When the SBI button is pressed, the receiving module HS201
receives the encoded signal. , after internal demodulation, amplification and shaping, it is output from the OUT terminal, and then sent to the 14th pin of the decoder VD5027 for
decoding processing. If the encoding and instruction information are consistent with the address code set by the VD5027, the decoding effective terminal and the corresponding data
output terminal DO outputs high level and returns to low level when releasing the SB1 key. Therefore, when the SB1 button of the transmitter is pressed, pins 10 and 17 of the receiver VD5027
appear at high level, and their corresponding transistors VT2 and VTI are turned on, so a negative pulse is generated. This negative
pulse is added to the capacitor via capacitors C4 and c5. The bistable flip-flop composed of VT6 and VT7 causes the bistable flip-flop to flip and
complete a switching action. If originally VT6 was on and vr7 was off, now it flips to VT6 off and VT7 on and
relay Kl is closed; if the transmitter SB1 button is pressed again, the bistable trigger flips again and VT6 is on and rr7 is off. ,
relay K1 releases. Therefore, pressing the SB1 button of the transmitter can complete the on and off of the electrical power supply. If the SB2 button of the transmitter is pressed
, the Il pin and 17 pin of the receiver VD5027 will appear high level, and the corresponding transistor VT3 and VTI will be turned on. The
negative pulse generated can trigger the flipping of the second bistable trigger, thus Complete the power on and off operation for the second control electrical appliance.
The 24V working power supply required by the receiver can be supplied by a simple voltage stabilizing circuit with capacitor step-down, bridge rectifier and diode voltage stabilization,
as shown in Figure 3-77. The 24V power supply mainly supplies power to four sets of bistable triggers and four relays. This DC voltage
is then regulated by the A3 (7806) three-terminal voltage regulator to power the receiving module, decoder and negative pulse generator. Ensure that the decoding circuit operates normally
and is not affected by voltage fluctuations. There are two ways of connecting relay contacts and control appliances: single control and position control, as
shown in Figure 3-78. The single-control connection method is to directly use the relay contacts to control the controlled electrical appliances, so that the remote control transmitter can only be used to control the on and off of the electrical power supply
: the double-control connection method is to connect the relay contacts in series with the wall switch (must be an lx2 switch) This connection
ensures that both the remote control and the wall switch can control the on and off of the same appliance.
