Computer-aided Design of Ultra-wideband Low-noise Amplifier [Copy link]

Abstract This paper describes the computer-aided design method of ultra-wideband low noise amplifiers, proposes the method and key technology of designing ultra-wideband low noise amplifiers using ordinary microstrip hybrid integrated circuit technology, and realizes two ultra-wideband low noise amplifiers using packaged BJT and FET. The experimental results are in good agreement with the design results. One uses 2SC3358, the amplifier is a three-stage amplifier, the frequency band is 30kHz^-1 600 MHz, the gain G=20±1 dB and the noise figure NF<=3.5 dB; the other uses ATF10235(6), the amplifier is a two-stage amplifier, the frequency band is 500 kHz^-6 000 MHz, the gain G=20±2 dB and the noise figure NF<=2 dBo.
