I'm really sorry for not making it clear. I am using Cadence for simulation and want to find a .lib file and convert it to a .olb file, and then use it for simulation. I changed the file extension to .lib and opened it with the model editor, but no model was displayed. I wonder where I did wrong. I just learned Cadence and don't understand many things. Sorry~
