Configure FRDM-64K to DAPLINK, download the k20dx_frdmk64f_if_crc_legacy_0x5000.bin file! Then, cut off J11 on the board so that DAPLINK can debug the external chip (NRF51822) through J9, and then connect the SWDDIO, SWDCLK, and NRST of NRF51822. Copy the *. HEX file to the FRDM-K64FD disk. When the first three pins have waveform output and can be copied, it gets stuck for a while and then shuts down! I think the NRF51822 minimum system board, without the expansion of peripheral chips, should be able to at least use DAPLINK to copy and burn HEX! But it got stuck!

It is not possible to use the MSD method, as DAPLink only includes one method for writing to a chip.

Did you succeed? I also want to use stm32F103 instead of MKL26Z to download programs for NRF51822.

Currently, the firmware of microbit is downloaded using MKL26Z, but the price of MKL26Z is also expensive.
