Reading notes on MicroPython Getting Started Guide [Copy link]

Because I was very curious, I read the first 10 chapters in one go, up to page 243. First of all, I would like to thank the editor for his hard work. This book is very helpful for beginners and can help them get started quickly. I think this is also the purpose of the author of this book. The book lists in detail the applicable hardware, as well as the libraries and functions in the libraries related to the hardware. The author really digs deep into it. Here, I would like to thank the author first. There are several good examples in the back. By following them, you can quickly master how to connect the sensor. It also provides an opportunity for beginners to practice and improve quickly. The author also mentioned the shortcomings of this book. If you want to compile the source code yourself to realize the transplantation to the new hardware, you need to learn by yourself or refer to the routines and materials of the experts on the Internet. However, for a new programming environment or language, the author's book is clear and concise, which is very valuable. Thank you again. Later, I will continue to dig deeper to realize the freedom of transplantation and implement it on multiple hardware. At that time, I will also share my experience and source code. This post was last edited by 9zhmke on 2018-1-25 13:14 I have received the book, it is a very good book, very suitable for people like me who want to get started but don't know anything. I don't have any other new ideas, so there is no need to start another post, I will just follow the original poster. Thanks to the author Mr. Shao, thanks to the platform EEWORLD, thanks to the dedicated moderators, thanks to the responsible administrators, thanks to the original poster, thanks to DFRobot, thanks to ESP, thanks to CCTV... It was just so suitable, I was very lucky to participate in this MicroPython contact event, and I was even more lucky to win the prize in the process of getting to know MicroPython. I am still learning. By the way, the things in the Pyboard mentioned earlier should all be used in 8266, right?  Details Published on 2018-1-25 13:13

This is an introductory book, which is for the convenience of most readers who don't know MicroPython yet. Next year, when everyone gradually becomes familiar with MicroPython, I hope that the community will work together to write a book called "MicroPython In Depth".

Well, this is a good idea. Let's discuss and research together and publish a more in-depth book.  Details Published on 2018-1-23 10:45
