It is in the red box in the picture-->KEIL::ARM_Compiler 4. STM32F4xx_DPF PACK package. It is the column on the left side of the picture. You see that F413 is green, which proves that you have installed the latest pack. Because ST releases a new chip every time. This DFP pack must be updated. If you use a new chip, then the corresponding DFP pack must also be the latest.

Thank you everyone. There was an error before, axf: Error: L6411E: No compatible library exists with a definition of startup symbol __main. Later I changed the environment variables and now it's OK.
