Looking for a simulation software [Copy link]

I'm looking for a simulation software. I used Multisim before, but I can't find many components in it. Can someone provide me a simulation software? Thank you!

For analog simulation, of course PSPice (OrCAD) is used, and for digital microcontroller simulation, Proteus is used

Simulation software is now like a flood and a beast. It can't be said that there are too many of them, but they are almost as numerous as chicken feathers. Many PCB drawing software have simulation functions, such as AD, PSPice (OrCAD). Many IC agent giants have also developed their own simulations, such as the Mouser version of NI Multisim component evaluator -... From circuit simulation to PCB layout to BOM, many IC manufacturers have their own circuit simulation software, such as TI's webench. Intersil's circuit simulation tool iSim:PE 7.0 is easy to use. It depends on which aspect the OP prefers.

I use Multisim. I want to show the functions to customers, but I can't find some components (NXP's 74hc4052). Where should I find the model of this component?  Details Published on 2018-1-22 08:52

Simulation has limitations, not all devices are supported, and the simulation results may be very different from the actual results. The commonly used software is the three mentioned above (PSPice Multisim Proteus). If it is a TI device, TI also has TINA-TI simulation software

The simulation can only be used as a reference, and there is still a gap between the actual results.

It depends on what you are doing. If you are in the field of RF, I recommend you to use ADS+hfss combination.

I agree with the opinion of the 4th post. Including the RF simulation software provided by the 6th post. My experience is that except for relatively simple digital logic circuits that can succeed in one go, other circuits must be debugged in practice in the end. It is rare that they succeed without debugging after simulation.

Is 74hc4052 an analog switch? Proteus has similar functional components

Do you have proteus? I downloaded it many times, but it doesn't work after I installed it. I don't know why  Details Published on 2018-1-20 16:38

Is it a cracked version? There is a download link on this forum. You can search it.

But I want to generate a device that can be used in Multisim. How should I generate it? I read other people's tutorials and learned how to generate AD.  Details Published on 2018-1-22 09:21
