Problems with using the RGB pins of the Lattice chip ICE40UL1K [Copy link]

When using RGB0, RGB1, and RGB2 of Lattice chip iCE40UL1K for ordinary IO, no signal can be measured on the board. After adding a pull-up resistor of 300R, the signal can be output. When adding a pull-up resistor of more than 2K, no signal can be measured again. If you have used it and know what is going on, please guide me. I personally feel that adding a pull-up resistor of 300R consumes too much power. The attachment is the .v and .pcf files I wrote. Please feel free to give me advice. Thank you.

It is enough. I wonder if you have used the RAM inside MachXO2. Can you provide me with a routine program? Forget the routine program on the official website. Thank you
